METALLICA, RUSH Honored AT 2010 Billboard Touring Awards

According to Billboard.com, METALLICA were among the acts who capped off huge touring years by taking home the major awards at the 2010 Billboard Touring Awards, held tonight (November 4) at the Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers. RUSH were also honored with Legend Of Live during the ceremony, which concluded the Billboard Touring Conference held on November 3 and 4 in New York.
Metallica received the Eventful Fans' Choice Award, and the Top Package Award was given to Taylor Swift's tour with openers Kellie Pickler and Gloriana. AC/DC won the Top Boxscore Award for its three sellout shows at Sydney's ANZ Stadium.
