FIREWIND Announce Support For European Shows; NIGHTRAGE's Marios Iliiopoulos To Fill In On Bass

Greek melodic metallers FIREWIND, led by the young guitar sensation Gus G. (OZZY OSBOURNE), have issued the following update:
"Firewind have confirmed their special guests for their upcoming European shows in December and January:December (with PSYCHO CHOKE, ELYSION)

In other news, Firewind bass player Petros Christo has been forced to sit out of the band's recently completed North American dates, due to a family emergency. Filling in on his position is the band's longtime friend and Gus G.'s ex-axe partner in NIGHTRAGE, Marios Iliiopoulos.
Marios will be filling in on the upcoming European and Japanese dates as well before Petros returns to the band in 2011."
Firewind hit the Gramercy Theater in New York City on November 6th while on a short four-date North American run in support of their latest album Days Of Defiance before guitarist Gus G. goes off to shred for OZZY OSBOURNE’s upcoming US tour which starts November 12th.
