SLASH Drummer Brent Fitz Comes Home To Winnipeg; Video Of Clinic, Q&A Session Available

Winnipeggers got a chance to see drummer Brent Fitz (SLASH, ALICE COOPER, VINCE NEIL) up close and personal when he returned home this past weekend to talk about his experiences during an event on Sunday (November 7th) at the Centre Culturel Franco-Manitobain. On Monday (November 8th), Fitz returned to his former high school, John Taylor Collegiate, to talk and jam with students in the music program.
"The school has some really exciting programs now," Fitz told the Winnipegfreepress.com . "When I was in high school it was jazz band and concert band, now they have a rock band where kids can play modern music. We're going to play some Alice Cooper and GUNS N' ROSES, it's going to be great."Fitz graduated in 1988.
