METAL FOR HAITI - Brazilian Metal Musicians Compose Song To Help Haiti
November 14, 2010, 14 years ago
METAL FOR HAITI is a project created by Brazilian metalheads Renato Osorio (MAGICIAN, SCELERATA) and Tiago Masseti (DAYDREAM XI) aiming to raise funds for the reconstruction of Haiti. The idea was to write a song and gather a large group of musicians, involving various bands from the south of Brazil, to record for a good cause and help people through heavy metal music.
The will to help Haiti gave birth to 'Don't Lose Hope', a single available for streaming at Myspace.com/metalforhaiti.
Metal fans willing to help this cause can buy the single on Amazon below. All funds raised will be donated monthly to Haiti fundations.

"When a whole countryLies broken on the ground
And you see the bodies laying there
Without making a sound
Make an effort
The smallest act of a healthy, wealthy person
Can become the light of hope to the needed, desperate eyes
Of those who cry
Of those who die"
