Further to the report from earlier today, Don Peat of The Toronto Sun has filed the following update:
Ex-SKID ROW frontman SEBASTIAN BACH will be in a Toronto courtroom Tuesday (November 16th), busted on a six-year-old warrant.
Bach — whose real name is Sebastian Bierk — was arrested by Peterborough Lakefield Community Police early Monday after an altercation at a downtown bar but that was just the start of his troubles.
Shortly after the 42-year-old appeared in a Peterborough courtroom charged with assault, possession of marijuana and mischief, Toronto cops picked him up and drove him back to the city on a 2004 warrant.
Toronto Police Const. Tony Vella said the warrant for Bach stems from a mischief under $5,000 charge.
Bach is expected to appear in a College Park courtroom on Tuesday.
The heavy metal singer and actor, who lives in New Jersey, was raised in Peterborough.
Peterborough cops alleged Bach was at Riley’s Old Towne Pub Sunday night when a dispute broke out and he was asked to leave.
Pub staff called police after a wine glass was thrown at the front door.
Police alleged that a staff member who restrained Bach while waiting for officers to arrive was bitten on the left hand.
Officers said he was in possession of 1.9 grams of marijuana.
