TMZ has exclusive surveillance video footage of former SKID ROW singer Sebastian Bach getting violent, restrained and ultimately arrested in a bar in Canada early Monday morning.

The footage shows Bach clearly smashing his wine glass on the ground as he walks towards the entrance of Riley's Olde Towne Pub in Perterborough, Ontario (where Baz grew up). The bar owner can be seen rushing after the singer from behind in an attempt to restrain him and Bach can be seen flailing around as bar staff tries to detain him until cops arrive.

According to Don Peat from Torontosun.com, Bach will be in a Toronto courtroom (College Park) Tuesday (November 16th), busted on a six-year-old warrant.

Bach — whose real name is Sebastian Bierk — was arrested by Peterborough Lakefield Community Police early Monday after the aforementioned altercation at a downtown bar, but that was just the start of his troubles.

Shortly after the 42-year-old appeared in a Peterborough courtroom charged with assault, possession of marijuana and mischief, Toronto cops picked him up and drove him back to the city on a 2004 warrant.

Toronto Police Const. Tony Vella said the warrant for Bach stems from a mischief under $5,000 charge.
