METALLICA Hold "Surprisingly Tame" Party In Melbourne To End World Magnetic Tour

According to Heraldsun.com.au, METALLICA did not hang around in Melbourne to celebrate the end of their massive two-year World Magnetic Tour on Sunday night.
Bags were being packed at their hotel before the band went on stage, with Lars Ulrich, James Hetfield, Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo wasting no time heading from the concert to the airport and clambering aboard a private jet to whisk them off to the US.
Instead of a blow-out on Sunday night, the band threw a party for their crew and tour members at the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art in South Melbourne on Friday night.
The venue was booked out for the 120-strong private gathering, which was described by insiders as surprisingly tame.
