It's time for Christmas treats! THE MAN-EATING TREE have made the exclusive song, 'Vultures', available for free download. It will be online for a very limited time only, so be sure to grab it quickly at this location.
'Vultures' is a slightly newer recording than their debut-album, Vine, that Century Media Records licensed from Cobra Records for the world outside of Finland. The Man-Eating Tree wanted to set it aside for a special moment and have launched it now in order to say “Thank you!” to their fans for a great 2010.

You might be able to find some new influences in this song that might help you to imagine how the new album will sound like and what it will be about. The seed of The Man-Eating Tree was planted when drummer Vesa Ranta began to overcome his post-SENTENCED lack of inspiration to play music. The idea of a new band was brainstormed over a period of time between Vesa and his friends, including originally gentlemen Miika Tenkula, Janne Markus (POISONBLACK, guitars) and Mikko Uusimaa (bass).
