Back in December of 2008 AEORSMITH's Joe Perry covered 'Run Rudolph Run'. This year you can listen to a remix of that recording.
“This is my favorite Christmas song and one I’ve always wanted to cover,” Perry said. “I was in the studio working anyway and when I couldn’t find my copy of the CD, I decided to just give the song a try. Four hours later, we had the song and decided to give it away. I hope everyone enjoys it and this makes the holidays a little happier this year.”Perry recorded 'Run Rudolph Run' at his Boston home studio with Boneyard studio engineer Paul Santo on drums and piano on the track.
