Roadrunner Records reports:

"Be right here on RoadrunnerRecords.com on Monday, January 10th. Why? Well, you'll be one of the first to download an exclusive mp3 from DEVILDRIVER's new album, Beast.

The album, due out February 22nd, is the aural equivalent of being whacked in the back of the head with a baseball bat. Receive your first beating at 11 AM Eastern, Monday January 10th with the opening track, 'Dead To Rights'.

“Beast is an attack from start to finish and ‘Dead To Rights’ is just the beginning of the onslaught!” states frontman Dez Fafara. “The song itself is directly about a person close to you that you know a secret about / something unseen by other eyes. You hang with this person, and you are friends but you know in your mind the ‘character’, the ‘credible’ aspects regarding the trust of this person are in question due to the way they've treated someone else or others in general. You've got them ‘Dead To Rights’...”

This download is for a limited time only, so make sure you step up to the plate Monday! After that you'll be able to buy the track at iTunes starting January 18th."
