LED ZEPPELIN's Jimmy Page Makes Surprise Visit To Havana

According to Cuba News Agency, legendary LED ZEPPELIN guitarist Jimmy Page, who turned 67 this month, left Havana early this week after staying for several days at the Hotel Saratoga located in the heart of the Cuban capital.
Page visited historical places of the city and bought emblematic photographs of Cuban history such as the famous picture of Che Guevara taken by Alberto Korda, and CDs by local musicians.
Page reportedly met with members of the TESIS DE MENTA rock band and with radio announcer Juan Camacho.
The musician said to be interested in the work of the Maxim Rock Theater, which is the headquarters of the Cuban Rock Agency, and about the influence of Led Zeppelin in Cuban music.
