British metal legends IRON MAIDEN are gearing up for the 2011 leg of The Final Frontier World Tour which commences on February 11th in Moscow. The band hit Singapore for the first on the 15th at Singapore Indoor Stadium. Iron Maiden will be arriving in their specially customized Boeing 757 airliner Ed Force One which will be transporting band, crew and their entire 10 ton stage production 50,000 miles right around the globe and piloted by lead singer Bruce Dickinson, a qualified Airline Captain. Founder member and bass player Steve Harris comments: “It’s been a long-held ambition of ours to play in Singapore and we’re delighted the opportunity has now come around. We’re really looking forward to seeing our fans there for the first time and playing songs from the new album and of course many older fan favourites too! We’ll also be bringing a spectacular live show including the latest incarnation of Eddie who has to be seen to be believed! It’s going to be a really special night.”
