North Texas technical death metal quartet, THE FAMINE, has issued its final behind the scenes video blog, chronicling the recording process of the new album, The Architects Of Guilt, due in stores tomorrow - Tuesday, February 15th - on Solid State Records.
The sixth installment of the series focuses on The Famine’s new vocalist – and former bassist – Nick Nowell, as he works to compliment The Famine’s brutally hostile music with a range of vocal stylings. The new frontman also discusses the lyrical writing process, some strategies for keeping his throat as fresh as possible, the album title, and more. It can be seen below:
The first five in-studio video blogs can still be seen at this location, while four brand new songs from The Architects Of Guilt: 'A Fragile Peace', 'The New Hell', 'VII The Fraudulent', and 'Ad Mortem', are currently streaming on the band’s official MySpace page.
