German thrash metal legends DESTRUCTION's new album, Day Of Reckoning, will be unleashed in Europe this Friday, February 18th, via Nuclear Blast (a North American release in March is expected). The same day, FLOTSAM AND JETSAM's The Cold (released on September 14th in North America) will be released in Germany (Driven Music Group). Nuclear Blast Records will handle distribution and marketing for The Cold in Europe, Japan and Australia, with the release in those countries also scheduled for February 18th.

The label will hold release parties for both releases, were you can listen to the new albums and win t-shirts and posters.

Destruction are streaming Day Of Reckoning via their Facebook page until February 21st.

The band previously announced both cover artworks for the slipcase and booklet (the first limited edition of their forthcoming Day Of Reckoning album will not feature the bands logo on the booklet – the vinyl version and second pressing of the CD will show a red band logo on it).
