NEW KEEPERS OF THE WATER TOWERS Ink Deal With Listenable Records

Swedish stoner metal band NEW KEEPERS OF THE WATER TOWERS have inked a deal with Listenable.
According to a press release, in 2006, guitarist and vocalist Rasmus Booberg and drummer Tor Sjödén started writing music inspired by the Swedish doom and stoner scene. Over time the duo evolved into the group known today as New Keepers Of The Water Towers adding guitarist Victor Berg and, later on, bass-player Robin Holmberg to the line-up. Their music has ever since their first EP been sliding towards a more progressive and wider sound, with influences from the first wave of progressive-rock as well as the modern day prog -rock and -metal scene. After playing venues across Europe, anything from small pubs to the Roskilde Festival in 2010, The band is now back in the studio to deliver their third studio album. This time together with French label Listenable, The New Keepers are confident that this will be their greatest CD so far.
