THE RESURRECTION SORROW Post New Songs: Confirm Free NYC Showcase
March 4, 2011, 13 years ago
New York City doom/rock outfit THE RESURRECTION SORROW recently put three new tracks to tape as they continue to write new material for their follow-up to their 2009 full-length, Hour Of The Wolf.
Dubbed The Scorpion Savior Sessions, the trio of new tracks show the New York-based rock and roll machine progressing in both more dynamic and aggressive directions on their newest material. As with Hour Of The Wolf, the group once again recorded with NYC engineer Joe Hogan (NEBULA, THE ATOMIC BITCHWAX), and had the new tracks mastered by Fred Kevorkian (IGGY POP, WILLIE NELSON).
And the best part is, all three of the new songs are streaming now on the band's website now. Tune in to check out the tracks 'Pale Kiss', 'Burning Halo' and 'Scorpion Saviour' for free, here.
To hit their hometown fans with the new material, The Resurrection Sorrow have confirmed a free showcase at NYC's Ace Of Clubs on March 28th. Doors 7:30 show at 8 PM.
