SLASH (VELVET REVOLVER, ex-GUNS N' ROSES) has been forced to postpone his upcoming Japanese dates due to the current earthquake/tsunami situation in that country.

Slash/ALTER BRIDGE vocalist Myles Kennedy tweets: "So sad we had to postpone the rest of our Japan dates. Breaks my heart to see what is happening over here. I want to convey to everyone here in Japan that you will continue to be in my thoughts. I admire how you are all dealing with this."

Slash made a rare appearance in Bangkok, Thailand last Thursday, March 10th at the Impact Exhibition Hall 2. According to a review by the Bangkok Post, "Slash showed Bangkok how a legato should be done. His was fluid, and done in such a balanced manner that it didn't become annoying nor outdated. Slash's solo parts were so sharp that obvious repetitions could be overlooked. He knew how much he could push his solos forward so they weren't forced and stuffy. Everything was at the right place at the right time."
