GENE SIMMONS Checks In From Israel

KISS' Israeli-born singer-musician Gene Simmons has returned to his homeland since leaving the country as a child more than 50 years ago. Footage will appear on a future episode of Gene Simmons: Family Jewels.
Simmons has posted the following diary on his official website:
"Here we are in the Holy Land - Israel. Home to the three major religions of the world - Judaism, Christianity and Islam. We toured Yad Vashem - a Museum of the Holocaust. My mother was one of the very few who survived Nazi Germany's concentration camps. It was heartbreaking.One would hope hatred would cease.
And yet, on leaving Yad Vashem, right outside of the the museum, we were alerted to a bomb that went off in Jerusalem, and killed one British woman and injured countless others."
