According to TMZ, MÖTLEY CRÜE singer Vince Neil claims he was the victim in an alleged assault last week between him and his ex-girlfriend Alicia Jacobs (entertainment reporter at KSNV-TV) insisting she left several bloody marks on his skin and TMZ has obtained a photo of the flesh wounds. Check out the photo here.

The alleged incident erupted as comedian Hal Sparks was opening his show at the Las Vegas Hilton's Shimmer Lounge last Thursday night (March 24). Brown was with Neil during the alleged incident.

As TMZ first reported, Jacobs filed a battery report against Neil after, she claims, Neil went ballistic on her and a friend while they were watching the show. Jacobs claimed Neil got physical with her and the bruise photo found here was the result.

"I never touched her!" Neil has told Robin Leach from Las Vegas Weekly. "She’s the one who followed me out into the casino afterwards. I was with four hotel executives. They know it didn’t happen. More lies and half-truths. I didn’t disrupt anybody’s show. One warm-up act had finished, and people were waiting for the second comic to start."

Neil added: "I didn’t go over to her for any other reason than to be friendly, polite and introduce her to people I was there in business meetings with -- and several Hilton executives. She was with a couple, and I let off on him for continuing to write stuff that simply wasn’t true. He swore at me to go screw myself; I told him the same. Then the others got agitated, and I told them the same. Then I immediately walked away with the Hilton people. That fast -- no screaming or hitting or touching. They have already vouched for that. She ran after me into the casino. I ignored it and didn’t want any part of it. I turned and walked away without saying a word to her. So she called the police. Twelve hours later, she’s on every radio station she could find to say how frightened she was, how scared she was and why she had to call the police. Interesting isn’t it that the police never came to talk to me about it. I was even staying in the hotel. Both hotel security and the Hilton people knew exactly which room I was in, so if all of those accusations had been true, they knew exactly where to find me. Nothing! A complete lie. The executives with me told the police there was absolutely no hitting, not even touching! But now the fake drama continues -- it’s becoming a battery case. It simply didn’t happen, and they all know it. That’s why I am left with no alternative but to have my lawyers now deal with it. All of them may have to be sued for the false accusations. I can no longer sit idly by and allow my career or image to be harmed by this.”

According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Vince Neil's latest drama may be derailing his efforts to get into the casino business.

Neil has been in talks to enter a partnership with veteran gaming executive Rich Brown, who is exploring a casino deal outside the Las Vegas market.

That's according to Ken Ciancimino, Las Vegas Hilton executive vice president of administration, who was in meetings with Neil and Brown on Thursday before Neil was allegedly involved in an altercation later that day with his former girlfriend and two others.
