THY DISEASE Announce Extensive Line-Up Changes

Yanuary, the leader and guitarist of the Cracow-based THY DISEASE has made some changes in the line-up of his parent band. The vocal duties were overtaken by Sirius, who worked with the band as a session vocalist over the last couple of years. Simultaneously, the band parted ways with Psycho, who had laid vocal tracks on all past Thy Disease albums. The synth player – Cube known also from DELIGHT decided to focus on his solo Project SOUND Q passing his role to VX – The Mind Ripper, one of the pillars of ATROPHIA RED SUN. The drummer Cloud who is known also from SCEPTIC was exchanged by Paul (ex-VADER drummer). Moreover, he’s not the only Vader member who joined Thy Disease in recent months. The other addition is the new bassist Novy, know also from his appearance in BEHEMOTH, DIES IRAE and DEVILIN. Brovar, who did session bass duties, joined the band as a full-time member and switched to rhythm guitar.

The band is currently starting their work on the successor of Anshur Za. The premiere is set for fall 2011, but before that you will have a chance to see the new line-up in action on a couple of summer festivals."
