Oli Herbert of ALL THAT REMAINS was the highlighted guest on this weekend’s episode of Rusty Cooley’s Guitar Asylum TV
Herbert talked with Rusty Cooley about his playing style, his responsibility for writing all of the tablature books for all of the All That Remains’ songs. Oli who seems more like a music professor backstage than one who is playing metal around the world is a perfectionist with his playing style as much as Eric Johnson is about tone. The television viewers got a double dose of guitar with Rusty Cooley providing another master guitar lesson and then Oli providing one of his own lessons for guitar players and fans alike. Oli then takes Rusty on an onstage tour to discuss his peculiar amp enclosure as well as his signature Ibanez and his onstage pedal set up.
