METALLICA To Play Quebec's Summer Festival?

According to Le Journal De Quebec, METALLICA are close to signing a contract to perform at Quebec's Summer Festival (Festival D'été De Québec) on July 15th in Québec City, Québec.
Quebec's Summer Festival has been taking place annually since 1968. This year the Festival runs from July 7-17th and will attract 1.5 million festival goers, making it Canada's largest outdoor performance. Bands from the worlds of rock music, punk, hip-hop, classical music, francophone music, and world music perform on twelve indoor and outdoor stages. In all, more than 1,000 artists and close to 300 shows!
Quebec's Summer Festival is a major cultural enterprise that generates $25.4 M in added value for Québec and $7.4M in provincial and federal tax and parafiscal revenues. Still Quebec City’s best-loved event, the Festival now draws more and more tourists and foreign media to town.
