In a new interview with Metal Temple, HADES' Dan Lorenzo and Alan Tecchio discuss the new reissues of their first three album, the band's history and what they're up to now. The following is an excerpt:

Q: Are we expected to have a brand new HADES album any time soon?

Dan: "I don't see the point. People don't pay for music anymore. At least not on a scale to make it worth our while. Blame the Internet. Plus... as I said - I just don't write like that anymore. I do have one fast song left over from 1989. I was just jamming it at our last rehearsal. Hey Alan... do you want to record that song and give the world one last Hades thrash song?"

Alan: "I would complete that song for sure cause it was a great one. Maybe that will be our final gift to the world of metal! But yeah - a whole album seems unrealistic."

The reissues of Hades' first three CDs are out now in Europe through Cyclone Empire. Resisting Success, If At First You Don't Succeed and Live On Location have all been remastered. Each CD contains lyrics, never before released bonus tracks, previously unseen photos and writings from each of the musicians on their memories of recording each CD.

"Cyclone Empire have absolutely come up with the best packaging we've ever had", said Hades guitarist Dan Lorenzo. "It is amazing to all of us involved that anybody is still interested in music we created 25 years ago."

In addition to the DVD Hades just released on their own (Re-United & Re-ignited), there are now additional plans to release a DVD from Hades' performance at last years Bang Your Head! festival in Balingen Germany.
