MACHINE HEAD - New Album Due In September

Frontman Robb Flynn of San Francisco Bay Area metallers MACHINE HEAD has revealed that the band's new album will be released in September.
Speaking with Jo Schüftan of Horns Up Rocks! at the third annual Revolver Golden Gods Awards, Flynn said, "We've been in there for three days. Dave McClain's been laying down the drums, killing it, and we're getting going on the journey. In July we're out on the Mayhem tour, and then the record drops in September."

Machine Head entered GREEN DAY's Jingletown Studios in Oakland, CA on April 16th to begin recording the as-yet-untitled new album.
