Report: Stoke-On-Trent SLASH Statue Campaigner Misses Out On Gig Ticket

With tickets for SLASH's homecoming gig selling out in less than two hours, one of his biggest fans has been left disappointed after missing out.

Staffordshire University graduate Nile Plumb, 22, has dedicated the last year of his life to a campaign he started to have statues of rock icons Slash and MOTÖRHEAD singer Lemmy erected in Stoke-on-Trent.

What should be a dream come true has turned into a nightmare for Nile after he failed to secure pre-sale tickets and overslept when they went on general sale May 6th.

“I tried to buy tickets through the O2 pre-sale and through being a member of the theatre, but I couldn’t get either,” said Nile.
