BOOK OF BLACK EARTH Post Second Studio Video

Seattle, WA blackened death metallers, BOOK OF BLACK EARTH, will release their new album, The Cold Testament, on May 24th. The Cold Testament is the follow up to 2008's concept album, Horoskopus.
The album was tracked with Chris Common (PELICAN, THE SWORD) at the Red Room Studio in Seattle, WA and mixed and mastered by Dan Swano (BLOODBATH, NASUM, OPETH) at Unisound in Sweden.
The band have posted the second video documenting the recording of The Cold Testament. This video focuses on recording guitars. Check out both available episodes below:
Vocalist/guitarist TJ Cowgill comments on the new album: "Thematically, The Cold Testament will be a little looser than Horoskopus, but there is still an underlying current to both the sound of the album and lyrically. This will, in my opinion, be our strongest, most haunting offering, closing another chapter in the Book Of Black Earth."
