As previously reported, The New Black have posted a rundown of the highlights of their recent Better In Purgatory European tour. An excerpt of the play-by-play is available below:

-- "Most importantly our stand-in drummer Rami who took over on the last two dates, because Chris had some important and joyful family issues to deal with. And boy, what a hero Rami is! He learned an hour's worth of songs in a couple of days and just did it - without a proper rehearsal, of course. We rarely have time for those things, and we deal with it. Lights, camera, action. Oh yes, before the show he thought he'd forget everything and he said afterwards he fucked up three times during the set. So what? We fuck up three times during the intro sometimes. (But we wrote the songs and we rock, so who cares?). Thumbs up to the man and a huge TNB thanks!"
-- "The guy in Essen who looked very 'Hardcore' (the music, not your favorite movies) and told us afterwards that he actually wanted to see PRO-PAIN. Only they had played the night before! He liked us anyway and bought a shirt..."
-- "Fabs' and Leimsens DJ set at the Turock in Essen at the Metal Hammer party where they blew off about 50% of the hits for the night leaving the cool DJ with the B sides. Sorry, man!"
