U.D.O.'s Rev-Raptor Hits Swiss Charts

U.D.O. released their Rev-Raptor album on May 20th via AFM Records. The band report:

"After the successful chart entries in Germany and Sweden the band got good news from Switzerland. Rev-Raptor marks again the highest chart position in the band's history with #57! A "merci vielmals" to all our fans in Switzerland!"

Rev-Raptor is available in the following formats:

The digipak contains the two bonus tracks, 'Time Dilator' and 'Heavy Metal W:O:A', plus the videos for 'Leatherhead' and the second single, 'I Give As Good As I Get'.

The Japanese version of Rev-Raptor includes the bonus tracks 'Stormbreaker' and 'Bodyworld'. Rev-Raptor on green-vinyl is limited to 200 copies and available exclusively via Nuclear Blast mailorder.

U.D.O. frontman Udo Dirkschneider (ex-ACCEPT) passed his legendary stage pants from the Mean Machine era to Cologne's Hard Rock Cafe. The donation took place in the context of Hard Rock Cafe's 40 Days That Rock anniversary. Udo wore these stage pants during U.D.O.'s European tour with OZZY OSBOURNE in 1989. The pants are a unicum item which were purpose-built for the Mean Machine album release.

U.D.O. recently launched a video diary detailing the band's Mexican and South American tour. Parts 5 and 6, which trace the band's travel marathon from Santiago de Chile to Buenos Aires, then São Paulo and São Luis to Goiânia, are available below:
