TRIVIUM - New Album Title Revealed

Florida-based metallers TRIVIUM are expected to release their new album, entitled In Waves, on August 9th via Roadrunner Records.
Roadrunner Records Australia recently posted a new video interview with bassist Paolo Gregoletto and drummer Nick Augusto, filmed prior to the band's April 24th show in Auckland, New Zealand. Watch the footage below:

The Metal Injection Livecast welcomed special guest Matt Heafy who called into the show recently. Matt discussed the band's upcoming release, what fans could expect from the sound of the record, and revealed the current scheduled US release date for the album will be Tuesday, August 9th. Matt also took questions from Trivium fans, and shed light on advice for younger players looking to start bands and his opinion of the state of the music industry.

Trivium have been recording their follow-up to 2008's Shogun album at Audiohammer Studios in Sanford, Florida with Colin Richardson (MACHINE HEAD, BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE, FEAR FACTORY) and Martin "Ginge" Ford. Check out studio footage of singer Matt Heafy and guitarist Corey Beaulieu below:
