Author/musician Joel Gausten (PIGFACE, ELECTRIC FRANKENSTEIN, THE UNDEAD, EFFECTIONHATE) has issued the following update:

"Below is a sample demo recording called 'Take Flight' (note: title, length, everything subject to change).

Like the previously-posted demo for 'The Island', this recording is a brief snapshot of the work-in-progress that will eventually be my first solo EP, which I plan to have available as a free download this July. While I haven't set any musical guidelines for myself going into this project, I don't think it's a stretch to say that I intend to indulge my interests in experimentation.

This demo sample of 'Take Flight' features the talents of Pete Jones (PUBLIC IMAGE LIMITED / COWBOYS INTERNATIONAL / THE CREEPY DOLLS) on bass and ambience with yours truly on percussion and roadside construction noise. Additional percussion courtesy of Keith LeBlanc(TACKHEAD / MINISTRY / NINE INCH NAILS).

It is an honor collaborating with Pete on this project, and I will be announcing additional contributors very soon."

Ingram opens up on a variety of topics, including his thoughts on late TYPE O NEGATIVE / CARNIVORE frontman Peter Steele and his personal experiences touring with late DEATH leader Chuck Schuldiner.
