According to Undercover.fm News, the narrative concert of Bon Scott’s life, Hell Ain’t A Bad Place To Be, has been extended. The demand for tickets has extended the initial season of four dates from July 19-23 for another weekend, with four shows added: Thursday, July 28, Friday, July 28 and a matinee and night show on Saturday, July 29. Tickets for the four new shows at the Athenaeum Theatre in Melbourne are on sale now through Ticketmaster here.

Nick Barker - an Australian singer-songwriter and guitarist who formed the Melbourne-based rock, power pop band NICK BARKER & THE REPTILES - tells the story of Scott’s life early years and his time with AC/DC through stories and songs.

The writer/producer Andrew Barker says in a press release: “The story of the rise of AC/DC is in everyone’s memory as if we were all there: riding high through the middle of Melbourne in the 1970s, singing the story of life on the road, of dreams and broken promises, of the long way to the top. At the centre of the band stands a man with bagpipes and a wicked grin – Bon Scott.”
