CLOUDSCAPE Issue New Era Recording Update

Swedish progressive metallers CLOUDSCAPE check in with the following update:
"It's been a while since this website was updated. The reason for this is because Cloudscape have been in the studio most part of the spring and summer. Nonetheless you can follow the actual recording process in the Facebook site which is constantly updated.However, Mike (Andersson - lead and backing vocals) is about to record the last few songs to be included on New Era and Patrik (Svärd - guitars) and Daniel (Pålsson - guitars) is currently recording the guitar solos so, in other words... Cloudscape is soon entering the mixing process of the album which will be done by engineer and producer Micko Twedberg.
We do not yet know when and by who New Era will be released but, the band and their management will work for a late fall/early spring release. Stay tuned!!"
A previous update from the band states: "Cloudscape is happy to announce that longtime friend Peter Wildoer (DARKANE, JAMES LABRIE), who recently participated on James LaBrie's album (Static Impulse) on drums and growls, will sing/growl on a song to be included on New Era. The band says that Peter's voice sounds really cool and fitting for this particular song along with Mike's clean vocals. On a sidenote as some of you might know Mike and Peter have played together back in the late 80's in a local band called ZANINES. So, this will be the first time Mike and Peter appear officially on an album together. Cloudscape wishes to thank Peter for his awesome contribution to the song."
