KILL DEVIL HILL Hit Vegas With A Vengeance; Report, Photos Available

KILL DEVIL HILL - the new band featuring Vinny Appice (HEAVEN & HELL, BLACK SABBATH, DIO) on drums, Rex Brown (DOWN, PANTERA) on bass, Mark Zavon (RATT, W.A.S.P., 40 CYCLE HUM) on guitar and Jason "Dewey" Bragg (PISSING RAZORS) on vocals, made their debut in Las Vegas, NV on Monday, August 8th at the Crown Theater.
According to BraveWords.com correspondent Deb Rao, the band hit the stage with a vengeance performing a sledgehammer hour-long set of songs that were well received by the enthusiastic audience. Some of the highlights of the set featured new material including 'Hangman', 'Up In Flames', and 'Gates Of Hell' and a tremendous drum solo by veteran musician Vinny Appice.
After the show Vinny Appice had this to say about the new supergroup.
"Tonight's show in Vegas proved the birth of the band Kill Devil Hill. It was a lot of fun playing in Vegas. It took a long time to get the band together but we are now a Real band. We like to think of ourselves as a cross between ALICE IN CHAINS meets Black Sabbath."
