RUSH, AEROSMITH, LIVING COLOUR, BUCKCHERRY, STEVE VAI Members To Take Part In 9/11 Anniversary Radio Special

Envision Radio Networks’ The Chop Shop is commemorating the 10th anniversary of 9/11 with a free two-hour radio tribute.
Host Steve Black will talk with some of rock’s biggest names as they reflect back on where they were 10 years ago on 9/11. Recollections will come from LIVING COLOUR’s Vernon Reid who was close enough to see the burning buildings; Eric Johnson who had just flown into Alberta, Canada where he would be stuck for several days, and TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA’s Angus Clarke who was on the R-Train in Manhattan. This emotional two hour special will also include stories from RUSH’s Geddy Lee, guitarist Steve Vai, BUCKCHERRY’s Keith Nelson, BLACK STONE CHERRY’s Ben Wells and AEROSMITH’s Joe Perry.
The special is available to all radio stations in the US (including our affiliates), and will air on or around that weekend, depending on the particular radio station's scheduling.
