GRAVEWORM Completes Work On Fragments Of Death Album
August 19, 2011, 13 years ago
GRAVEWORM are back – and almost back to their roots! The Italian dark metal outfit delivers once again a melodic, mystic and dark masterpiece. The sequel to the Diabolical Figures album from 2009 will be called Fragments Of Death.
The album was recorded in July 2011 at Dream Sound Studios in Munich, Germany, and mastered by Jan Vacik. The songs are about the death in it's thousand faces, which is also reflected in the album title and cover art. Musically, the album can be seen as a mixture of the best of the last four records, with some old school roots and definitive darker than its predecessors.
Vocalist Stephano Fiori commented on the new album: “We are very exited about our new album. It was a really hard work we have done but now we are happy with the result, and we cannot wait to play the songs live for our fans. See you there on the road."
Fragments Of Death will be out on October, 14th via Nuclear Blast.
