Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival - Boston Show Rescheduled Due To Hurricane Irene Threat

Due to safety concerns based on the possible effects of Hurricane Irene, the Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival - featuring AVENGED SEVENFOLD, along with main stage artists THREE DAYS GRACE, SEETHER, BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE and ESCAPE THE FATE - has rescheduled the Sunday, August 28th show at the Comcast Center in Mansfield, MA to Tuesday, August 30th. The U.S. National Hurricane Center has warned that hurricane-level storms may occur in the area on Sunday.

All tickets for the previously scheduled performance date will be honored at the rescheduled date on Tuesday, August 3th0. For those unable to attend the rescheduled date, refunds are available at point of purchase.

"Safety first. We don’t want any of our fans to get hurt,” says M. Shadows of Avenged Sevenfold. "We decided to move the show from Sunday to Tuesday so all of you crazy fucks can make it and stay safe."

"We apologize for any inconvenience to the fans, but safety is our first concern. We want everyone to be able to enjoy a full afternoon and evening of rock at Uproar," says festival co-producer John Oakes. "After the Category 3 storm blows through New England on Sunday, Uproar promises to bring a Category 5 rock storm on Tuesday."
