According to Pollstar, in order to avoid problems with Hurricane Irene, the NYCB Theatre at Westbury, N.Y., has moved Sunday’s ZZ TOP concert to Monday.

“Our first priority is the fans’ safety,” Westbury GM Adam Citron of Live Nation said in a statement regarding the ZZ Top concert. “So we have made the decision to postpone the show 24 hours.”

All tickets originally purchased for ZZ Top’s August 28 appearance will be honored on the new date.
