The official RONNIE JAMES DIO Facebook page have issued the following update:
"We have some very sad news to report, Ronnie's longtime Front Of The House Engineer for years from the SABBATH, DIO and HEAVEN & HELL days, dear friend and family member David (Davy) Kirkwood passed away on Monday. We just received the news today. We would like to send our condolences to his family and many friends around the would. We miss you Davy! Rest In Peace."
