AEROSMITH Comment On Steven Tyler's Status

AEROSMITH have issued the following statement regarding singer Steven Tyler's injury that forced the cancellation of last's show in Asuncion, Paraguay:
"Steven Tyler suffered minor injuries as a result of food poisoning yesterday in Paraguay. He was taken to the hospital where he was treated and released. Last night's show has been postponed until today (October 26th). Steven would like to sincerely apologize to his fans in Paraguay for the inconvenience and hopes to see them all tonight."According to The Associated Press, the Paraguayan dentist who treated Steven Tyler says he is "doing splendidly" as he received two dental implants.
Tyler fell in his hotel bathroom, hitting his face and losing two teeth after he apparently became dizzy due to gastrointestinal problems.
Organizers expected more than 50,000 people will attend the concert for the band's first show in Paraguay.
Aerosmith kicked off their South American tour on October 22nd in Lima, Peru.
