WSCA 106.1 FM's Black Night Meditations recently conducted an audio interview with FIRWIND guitarist/keyboardist Bob Katsionis. In the interview Katsionis talks about the next Firewind album, touring life, his music projects, other keyboardists, and more.
Black Night Meditations is a four-hour metal show focusing on black, death, thrash, folk, shred, prog and power metal. The program is broadcast every Tuesday night at 10PM (EST) on WSCA 106.1 FM in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Firewind guitarist Gus G. (OZZY OSBOURNE) recently revealed that the band is set to begin recording their next studio album.
Gus states via a Twitter update: "What's up everyone... I've been rehearsing this past week with (Firewind) like crazy. We're ready to start recordings, will keep u posted as we go along."
The band recently announced that they will return to Greece for two long-awaited headline shows. The dates are:
January
13 - Ioannina, Greece - Boxx Live Stage14 - Athens, Greece - Fuzz Club
These shows mark the band's first 2012 live activities and also the final two gigs of the world tour in support of their release, Days Of Defiance. Tickets for the shows are available at this location.
