Ryan Van Poederooyen Uploads DEVIN TOWNSEND PROJECT Drum-Cam Footage From Toronto

TERROR SYNDROME/DEVIN TOWNSEND PROJECT drummer Ryan Van Poederooyen has issued the following update:
"OK. Last RVP Drumcam of 2011! I thought I would end it on a dynamic note. The Devin Townsend Project is a progressive band with many sounds and feels. Dev writes all kinds of music and this drum-cam shows the diverse, dynamic side of his writing.This tune is called 'Disruptr' off of the DTP's first album Ki. It has some of the quietest moments of our live set, up to some full out heavy moments... all in one. I love the fact that the drumming isn't about being technical, it's more about being dynamic with 'feel' and 'groove' which I love playing just as much as being technical and crushing live. This was filmed in Toronto, ON on Decembet 10th during our recent cross-Canada tour. The crowd was loud throughout the night but respected us and were as quiet as possible during this dynamic tune... as asked by Dev. Thank-You Toronto!
Lastly, I debuted my new addition to my cymbal lineup on this tour... The Sabian - Holy China. What a cymbal!!!! It's my new favourite China Cymbal.
