VAN HALEN - David Lee Roth Confirms New Album Is Called A Different Kind Of Truth

We are just a few hours from VAN HALEN's invite-only club show tonight (Thursday, January 5th) at the Cafe Wha? in Greenwich Village, NY. Fans caught up with David Lee Roth before the gig last night and the singer confirmed that the album is titled A Different Kind Of Truth. "Van Halen lives with A Different Kind Of Truth," he remarked. When asked if he knew Van Halen's New York shows Roth said: "Yes I do … it's going to be February 28th and March 1st at the Gardens (Madison Square)."
Here are more details regarding the new Van Halen album:
- New single and video called 'Tattoo' is due out January 10th.- A Different Kind Of Truth is due February 7th - the limited edition will contain a bonus DVD according to sources from Japan.
- Tour dates will be announced tomorrow (January 6th).
