The past weekend, The Age Of Metal had the chance to speak with Axel Sjöberg (drums) and Joakim Nilsson (guitar, vocals) of Swedish classic rock outfit GRAVEYARD. They talk about their current US tour, their latest album, and their ideas about music.

The video interview can be seen below:

Graveyard recently announced their first tour dates for 2012. Their European will begin on March 3rd in Hamburg, Germany and will end on March 27th in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

The band commented on the tour: “After finishing an absolutely amazing year camp Graveyard we’re supposed to tour the US and then slow down and start working on songs for the next album. But after a great tour with the gods of MOTÖRHEAD, a couple of great dates with the legends in DEEP PURPLE and a sold out show in our hometown of Gothenburg we figured that we weren’t quite done with the touring just yet. With that said we’re glad to inform you that Graveyard are getting back in the van and will as always be beyond ready to bring you one more round of Graveyard live!”
