KING'S X Drummer Jerry Gaskill Showing "Some Positive Signs Concerning His Recovery"

As previously reported, KING'S X drummer Jerry Gaskill suffered a heart attack on February 26th. After undergoing an emergency operation, he was put in intensive care, where he currently remains.
A band update on his progress reads: "We are sorry to confirm that Jerry Gaskill suffered a heart attack in the late Saturday night/ early Sunday morning hours. He has been on a ventilator since. However, there are some positive signs concerning his recovery. Thanks to everyone for the overwhelming support and well wishes. We'll let you know more info soon."
All upcoming North American tour dates for King's X have been cancelled. Jerry will be spending these days recovering back to full health so that he can hopefully join the band behind the drums at some point in the future.
