SHINING Announce SXSW Show

Norwegian jazz-metal experimentalists SHINING have announced a special SXSW show on March 15th at Dirty Dog Bar in Austin, TX. Shining will go on stage at 10PM.
With their newest release out now on Indie Recordings, a live album and a concert DVD recorded during one single concert in Norway, Shining set a new standard and will be making their first US appearance in years bringing Live Blackjazz to these shores.
As previously reported, Shining along with ÅRABROT have won Norwegian Grammys (Spelleman Award) this year. Årabrot won in the Metal category and Shining scored Innovator Of The Year and will get a marketing campaign on Spotify worth 200,000 NOK.
The ceremony was held Saturday night (January 14th) at the old Opera Building in Folketeateret.
