Vocalist Amanda Somerville (TRILLIUM, AVANTASIA) has posted the final video blog from the ROCK MEETS CLASSIC 2012 European tour, along with the following update:

"Here it is: the lasr video blog of RMC 2012, and what an amazing tour it was! From Dueren, Germany to Horsens, Denmark and then ending up in Halle-Westfallen., Germany, the time flew by and none of us could believe that it was all over. Thanks to Manfred Hertlein and team, our amazing crew and caterers, the BSOP and everyone else who worked so hard to make this production the incredible one that it was. Also, thanks to Jimi, Robin, James, Chris, Joe, Luke and Ian for being fun, gracious, easy to work with and just all-around awesome!"

The tour wrapped up on January 28th in Halle, Germany

Rock Meets Classic 2012 was an evening with Ian Gillan (DEEP PURPLE), Steve Lukather (TOTO), Jimi Jamison (SURVIVOR), Chris Thompson (MANFRED MAN'S EARTH BAND), Robin Beck, THE MAT SINNER BAND & The Bohemian Symphony Orchestra Prague.

The line-up also featured Jimmy Kresic (keyboards), Alex Beyrodt (PRIMAL FEAR, VOODOO CIRCLE/guitars), Oliver Hartmann (AVANTASIA/guitars, vocals), Martin Schmidt (drums), Amanda Somerville (TRILLIUM, AVANTASIA/vocals), Tiffany Krikland (vocals), Verena Schock (vocals), Ralf Scheepers (PRIMAL FEAR/vocals), Sascha Krebs (vocals), Bernhard Fabuljan (conductor) and Mat Sinner (bass, vocals).

Somerville launched her solo metal project debut, TRILLIUM, with the debut album, Alloy, on November 4th in Europe and November 1st in North America. The tracklist is as follows:
