Speaking exclusively to BraveWords.com scribe Aaron Small, PRONG vocalist/guitarist Tommy Victor revealed that ‘Revenge… Best Served Cold’ will be the first single from the band’s new album, Carved Into Stone, scheduled for release in North America on April 24th via Long Branch Records. Furthermore, Prong is only days away from filming the video for ‘Revenge… Best Served Cold’, which will be directed by Scott Hansen (UNEARTH, CARNIFEX) .

“We’re actually planning on doing it this weekend. We’re doing it here in LA, but I wanted it obviously to be in a cold environment, maybe go in a freezer somewhere. It’s going to really reflect what that song is about – there’s a guy who hasn’t been that nice to people, or has a guilty conscience. He did you wrong, this person, but you don’t really do anything about it. You just hang out and wait, and this guy winds up becoming so paranoid, just taking everything that he sees as an indication that somebody’s out to get him because he screwed you over. It’s almost a reflection on the song ‘Path Of Least Resistance’, where sometimes the best revenge is not doing anything, or little implications that you’re going to get back at him. This guy starts looking under his car, he finds something in his apartment that he didn’t see before; it gets a little crazy.”
