Philadelphia, PA’s A LIFE ONCE LOST will be heading to Planet Red in Richmond, VA on April 10th, to record the follow-up to the band’s 2007 album, Iron Gag.

Planet Red is owned and operated by famed producer Andreas Magnusson (THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, IMPENDING DOOM). The band has been experimenting with new sounds and styles while staying true to their groove-tinged roots, promising to appeal to old and new fans alike.

“I have a lot of new material to work with here so it will be a breeze for us to make a super epic record,” states producer Andreas Magnusson.

“We are excited to be working with an old friend on this upcoming record,” adds frontman Bob Meadows. “Andreas has worked on some cool stuff and the chemistry between him and the band works out great. Stay tuned for some video clips of our time in the studio and random news blurbs on our Facebook and Twitter pages.”

The band will release the currently untitled new album with international label Season Of Mist. The band recently chose Baltimore, MD based artist Brian Baker to illustrate the album art.

Updates to follow.
