In an exclusive interview, 94HJY's Geoff Charles talks to SAMMY HAGAR (CHICKENFOOT, ex-VAN HALEN) about Van Halen's new tour, Chickenfoot's latest album, and his new rum.
Sammy tells Charles that he is "happy for the fans" and explains why he won't go back on tour with Van Halen. Listen to the entire interview below:
Sammy Hagar's Lake Tahoe Cabo Wabo Cantina is currently being remodeled into more of a live venue and beach party vibe. On May 2nd and 3rd, Aaron and the Wabos will be hitting it hard in a grand re-opening which will also celebrate the eighth anniversary and the launch of Sammy's Beach Bar Rum!
Since Chickenfoot will be playing Harrah's the following two nights, join Aaron, Vic, Mona and David to make a party of it. Note that Sammy *will not* be at the Aaron & The Wabo shows since he'll be preparing for the opening dates of the Chickenfoot tour.
