Canadian blackened death metal blasphemers WEAPON recently entered the studio to record their Relapse debut and follow up to 2010’s From The Devil’s Tomb.

The band entered the studio on March 18th to self-record the new album along with producer Terry Paholek at The Physics Lab in their hometown of Edmonton, Alberta. Continuing on the same scathing path as their previous works, the upcoming release, planned for the fall of 2012, is sure to be their most vicious and all-out evil offering to date.

Guitarist / Vocalist Vetis Monarch commented on the upcoming album: "Weapon loyalists can expect no-holds barred, satanic death metal that the band displayed on it's previous work, but further refined and sharpened to ferocious perfection. Embers And Revelations will be the apex of malice via music."

Additionally, Weapon has confirmed a three week tour with black metal legends MARDUK and 1349 with additional support from WITHERED. The tour begins on June 2nd in Baltimore, MD and ends on June 20th in San Diego, CA. A complete listing of Weapon tour dates and cities can be found below with more to be announced shortly.
